Description: A German created methodology based on family systems theory. It helps clients sort through hidden or unseen family dynamics in an experiential format.

Systemic Constellations can expose intergenerational dynamics within families that are behind unconscious entanglements. Some areas Systemic Constellations explore are the early death of a parent or sibling, the exclusion of a family member, violence done by or to a family member, multiple marriages, abortions, miscarriages, active military duty, hidden loyalties, parentification, and history of domestic violence. This experiential workshop can help  resolve these family dynamics and restore balance to the family unit.

Everyone attending the workshop is able to observe and feel the effect of the entanglements and subsequent resolutions.

Client Testimonials :

"I find Hellinger Family Constellation work to be a powerful way to shift the dynamics in my relationships.  It does this in two ways.  First, I become aware of the ways in which I participate in the back and forth volley between me and
others.  While I cannot change another, I can certainly
witness how my reactions and responses contribute to the overall
relationship and make choices
to stay the same or to change.  Secondly, once
I've shifted and changed my
energy around and within a relationship, the
relationship itself transforms
almost as if by some unseen force.

”Melody is a skillful facilitator of this
work whose ability to tune into her
intuition and embody her physical presence
makes her a remarkable guide into
the places of disconnection between people.
I feel safe in Melody's care trusting that she has navigated these territories in her own life and
personal relationships thus qualifying her to have the
empathy and kindness
to support me as I explore these unknown places."

"Melody has a clean and simple way of tuning into what's at play through constellation work. Her ease and precision are gentle yet firm and she seems to side more with facts than fiction. Constellation work can be an incredible tool for sight. In my constellation, Melody helped me take a few steps closer toward my goal and she was present and supportive in the process. She heard what I needed, and asked for, and responded directly. My work with Melody left me feeling confident, heard, met, changed and capable. Thank you for an awesome and gentle experience."

“Melody's constellation work has not only opened my eyes to the power in healing
but also the personal and familial issues that can be worked on through grace,
love, and understanding. There has been numerous times where her constellation
work has provided comfort when I was in emotional pain and actionable steps to
eventually (and quickly) work through the pain. She has shed new light on
therapy and it's integration into my life. To be honest, this is the only type
feel really works. I'm so thankful for her, her training, and her gift.”
